Hotel information

When do I have to check in and out?

Check-in: 3pm (early check-in possible: supplement €15)
Check-out: 11am (late check-out possible: supplement €10/hour, maximum until 5pm)

What if I arrive late at night? No problem! There is someone present in the hotel day and night. In case of a late arrival, we do ask for a credit card to guarantee the stay.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Even though we love to see pets, they are unfortunately not allowed in the hotel.

What are the parking options?

We have a free outdoor parking and we also have a covered parking for €5 per night. Contact us to reserve a place in our covered parking.

Do you drive electric? Don't worry, we have 2 charging points available in our covered parking. Click on this link to see which charge cards work with us.

What about the accessibility in the hotel?

All floors can be reached by elevator. On the first floor we have four rooms that are adapted to less mobile guests. Be sure to contact us before you book a room, and we will be happy to help you!

Which wellness facilities do you have?

We have a sauna and fitness in our hotel. These can be used free of charge, but only upon reservation and on the basis of availability (during the day between 07:00 and 18:30). From 19:00 to 23:00 it is freely accessible and no longer private. Be sure to contact us to reserve your place. We do not have our own swimming pool. There are public swimming pools in Bruges itself.

Can I leave my luggage with you?

Do you arrive early and we don't have a room available yet, or you wish to enjoy a day in Bruges after checking out, but you don't know what to do with your luggage? No problem, we have the solution! You can leave your luggage in our luggage room for the whole day. 

What is the cancellation policy?

For reservations made directly with us, you can cancel free of charge until 4 pm on the day of arrival. If the reservation was made through a partner, different cancellation conditions apply. Other conditions also apply to group reservations.

What are the payment options?

Do you make a reservation online by yourself? Then we ask for a credit card as guarantee. Don't have a credit card? Be sure to send us an email and we will gladly make the reservation for you.

After making a reservation, you will always receive a link to our guest portal. Via there you can (if necessary) make a payment in advance with a credit card, bank contact (app) or via IDeal.

Payment at the hotel can be made in cash (euros), with debit card or by credit card.

What about our bicycle?

Be sure to bring your bikes! Bruges has a wonderful region to discover by bike. We have a covered bicycle shed only accessible with a code to safely store your bicycles at night. We also have several charging points available to charge your electric bicycles.

Can I smoke in the hotel?

The entire hotel is a smoke-free zone. Smoking is allowed outside in the designated areas. Violation will result in a fine of €250.
